The range of glass insulators includes insulators with a standard profile - U70BS/U70BL, U120B, U160BS/U160BL, U210B, U300B; fog type insulators - U70BSP/U70BLP, U120BP, U160BSP/U160BLP, U210BP; "double-wing" insulators - PSD70E; insulators with "aerodynamic" profile - U120BA, as well as various modifications of these insulators with increased creepage distance, with RTV-coating and with reduced radio interference level. The range of glass pin insulators includes toughened glass insulators with standard pin attachment - ShS10ED, ShS20ED. Insulators comply with IEC, ANSI, GOST standards.

Among the products we supply are interphase insulating spacers, which serve to prevent approach between phases of a high voltage overhead circuit in the spans between the supports, reducing the swaying of the wires during the wind and preventing them from closing with each other. The range of products supplied by us for power supply to railways includes: KSPKr cantilever insulators for 3 kV and 25 kV and their modifications, including birdproof insulators type KSPKr-P, acid-proof insulators KSPKr-K and other modifications.

Insulators with neutral inserts are designed to attach elements of the overhead line to the structural elements of various structures: bridges, viaducts, overpasses, tunnels, etc., as well as to transmission line supports at railway stations. The purpose of the neutral insert in such insulators is to prevent electric voltage from reaching the supporting structures to which the contact network insulators are attached, in case of their breakdown or overlapping in the air. In addition, the use of neutral insertion insulators prevents leakage currents from flowing through the supporting structures - which, in turn, prevents the occurrence of electrochemical corrosion of the elements of the supporting structure.

The MZVA plant produces accessories (fittings) for insulated self-supporting wires of all types:

• - for a wire with a carrier neutral insulated or non-insulated core, having from 2 to 5 cores for networks with voltage up to 1 kV,
• - for insulated wire without a carrier core, having from 2 to 6 cores, for networks with voltage up to 1 kV,
• - for a single-core self-supporting insulated wire, for networks with voltage from 6 to 35 kV.

The range of fittings supplied by «Forenergo Spets Complect» LLC includes: suspension, anchor, contact, coupling and protective fittings for overhead lines with voltage from 6 to 750 kV.

Innovative products developed by the enterprises of "Forenergo" and supplied by our company include devices designed to protect overhead power lines from adverse weather conditions, which include vibration dampers and ice limiters formation on the wire. MZVA plant, which is part of the Forenergo PA, one of the few produces special innovative bird protection devices designed to protect birds from electric shock on power lines, as well as to protect power lines from the effects of birds.

The range of devices for bird protection includes barrier-type EZ, EEPZU and ZP-ES1 devices, ZP-N1 and ZA-H2 devices of the top-mounted type, ZP-AP, ZP-BT, ZU-AP-K, ZP-UZD devices and their modifications are anti-additive type, protective devices MM of marker (signal) type.

Installation and repair work on power transmission lines often takes place at high altitudes, which is associated with increased danger for the personnel performing the work. Our company supplies special equipment - so called RAL (Rigid Anchor Lines), permanently installed on transmission line poles and serving for safe lifting and lowering of personnel to transmission line poles, by providing movable self-locking insurance. This product is developed by the factory "MZVA". (Chkalovsk), part of the "Forenergo" Production Association.
